Whether it’s at you home or where you feel feel comfortable is secondary. as long as you are comfortable in you surroundings. Its programming without machines and weight, but more with your body – If you like calisthenics, this would be a good offer.

Crossfit

Is getting popular, and we do understand why. Are you into lifting heavy weights, play around with machines, work on your cardio and try some technical gymnastic skills?
Get some body awareness, mobility, cardio and strength.
We offer you good program, made with CrossFit exercises, workouts and strength.

Ski/special Training

It doesn’t necessary have to be specific training for skiing. But it will be a training modified your wish or sports hobby – example for skiing, there will be more balance, cardio and leg.
